Malayan goose
Ingredients:
1/2 goose
onion
juice from 1/2 lemon
tablespoon grated coconut
1/2 cup sour cream
4 bananas
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamom
1 tablespoon curry
oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Clean, wash and dry and divide goose into small portions. Rub with lemon juice, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and cardamom.
Let it stand for half an hour.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry portions of a geese, add a little water and simmer on low heat.
Chop the onion, fry and put next to the goose.
Pour it with sour cream mixed with curry and grated coconut.
Soft meat put into heat-resistant dish, clad sliced bananas, pour it with stewing sauce and put in the oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
