Goose drumsticks with apples and plum sauce
Ingredients:
4 drumsticks
20 dag onion
400 ml poultry broth
teaspoon marjoram
2 big apples
1-2 tablespoon flour, salt, pepper
12 prunes (pitted)
2-3 tablespoons of Calvados (optional)
2 tablespoons of fat for frying
Instructions
Goose drumsticks wash, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and fry on all sides.
Onion cut into quarters, then in pen and fry in the remaining fat.
Add broth and marjoram. Simmer covered over low heat for an hour.
Peel apples, split in half, remove the core and put there 2 prunes (8 prunes will be left).
Lay apples next to geese and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour 8 prunes a little water and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
Add the flour, season with salt, pepper and calvados.
Pour drumsticks with sauce.
