Goose with plums and celery
Ingredients:
Half of a goose
2 spoons honey
big celery
1/2 cup plum jam
1/2 cup broth
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Clean, wash, dry and divide goose into portions.
Season it with salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey and leave it for at least 30 min.
Heat oil on a pan, slightly fry portions of geese and put them to a roasting pan.
Plum jam mix with hot broth and pour the meat.
Peel celery, grate and put on the goose portions.
Cover the roasting pan and put it to the preheated oven. Bake and pour it from time to time with the cooking sauce or water.
At the end of cooking, pour the cream to the sauce and mix. Serve with noodles.
